Dhanush and Selvaraghavan have been in talks for quite a long time to join hands once again for a film, but things have been going back and forth due to Dhanush’s multiple commitments. Now, it looks like Dhanush has finally given the green signal, and will be starting work on his brother’s film in the first quarter of 2021 itself. The film is all set to go on floors from March 2021 and the pre production work is on full swing. To be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu’s V Creations, Sean Roldan is likely to compose music for the film.
Dhanush will work on the film after wrapping up his Bollywood film “Atrangi Re”, directed by “Raanjhanaa” maker Anand L. Rai and the Karthick Naren-directorial referred to as D43 in December. The film also stars Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar and budding actress Sara Ali Khan. The actor has also completed shooting for director Mark Selvaraj’s “Karnan”. The Pattas actor also has Karthik Subbaraj’s Jagame Thanthiram, and a film with Ram Kumar in the pipeline.
Dhanush made his film debut in 2002 with “Thulluvadho Ilamai” directed by his father Kasthuri Raja, and screenplayed by Selvaraghavan. Since then, the duo has worked together in “Kadhal Kondein”, “Pudhupettai” and “Mayakkam Enna”. This will be the brothers’ fourth collaboration
