“Got Married” – Seenu Ramasamy’s relationship on Facebook recent update
National award-winning filmmaker Seenu Ramasamy Facebook account has created a stir yesterday when the relationship status of the director was switched to “Married”. The proteage of Balu Mahendra, made his debut with Koodal Nagar starring Bharath, Bhavana, and Sandhya. His second film Thenmerku Paruvakaatru won three National Film Awards, including the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil. The versatile director who is waiting for the release of his upcoming directorial venture “Maamanithan” starring Vijay Sethupathi, is known to express his opinion on social issues and never fails to connect with his fans on social media.
Yesterday, his Facebook profile had a notification, in which his relationship status was updated to “Married”. This left the room for gossip if the director has been remarried.

The director later explained, “This is a fake information. I was married 13 years ago and I live happily with my wife and daughters. We apologize for the error in downloading the update.” It is noteworthy that the director has remained in headlines after his comments on Aishwarya Rajesh describing her a dusky actress and the netizens took a dig over the director for the unnecessarily highlighting the actress’s complexion.
