Actor Chaams to step into a serious role in his upcoming project

Veteran comedian Chaams who entered showbiz as an atmosphere artist emerged as one of the leading comedians in Kollywood. With veteran Tamil movie comedians slowly fading away, now it is time for new generation comedy actors to step into their shoes. Chaams is known for his amazing dialogue delivery and body language. During the initial phase of his career he was spotted as supporting artists along side ace comedians Vadivelu and Gowndamani. He rose to fame with his stint in Radha Mohan’s “Payanam”, where he played the role of a passenger who gets starstruck when he meets his idol hijacked in the same flight.

He is also known for his performance in Arai En 305, Manam Kothi Paravai, Desingu Raja and so on. The actor who was last seen in “Indha Nilai Marum” is gearing up for a different role in his upcoming movie. The actor shared the elated news with his fans on twitter and wrote,“For the first time ever I am playing a serious role which is different from my usual comedy roles… Today is the first new experience and very happy. Let the details of the movie remain as a suspense for now ”
