Appukutty says OKS is shot in a realistic manner
Appukutty who won a national award for his realistic performance in Azhagar Saamiyin Kuthirai eagerly awaits his upcoming film Onbadhu Kuzhi Sampath. The movie has newcomer Balaji and Nikila Vimal as the lead pair and Appu in a crucial role.
Speaking to TTN Cinemas, the comedian said, “the film is about the sport of Onbadhu Kuzhi, which is otherwise called marble sport. I am playing the friend of the hero. It is not the usual one among the four friends that you come across in Tamil cinema. I appear throughout the film. The hero is a jobless happy go lucky guy and how his life changes with the arrival of a woman. The movie is shot in a realistic manner.”
Directed by Raghupathi, a former assistant of Saravana Subbaiah, the film also features Kadhal Dhandapani, Bhagyashree, Meenakshi etc. Charlie does the music. Produced by Thirunavukkarasu of 80-20 Pictures, OKS is getting released on OTT platform Regal Talkies on August 15th at 9 am.
