Anupama Parameswaran is one of the most popular actresses in South India. Known for her razor-sharp eyes, angelic smile and beautiful figure, the young talented actress has managed to garner millions of fans within a short span of time since her debut. Anupama Parameswaran made a promising debut in “Premam,” – a character that she too considers a game-changer in her life. Recently, her popularity surged again in Mollywood with her next film Maniyarayile Ashokan. After her stint in Mollywood, the actress took a turn to other states and proved her mettle as an actor with Dhanush’s Kodi and a slew of blockbusters in Telugu. The young actress will be next seen in “Thalli Pogathey” opposite Atharva helmed by R.Kannan. Anupama is an ardent social media user and keeps her fans hooked up with her everyday feed.

In a recent interview, Anupama expressed her views of how mental health is important for an actress. The gorgeous lady said, “Actresses have to face many challenges. So they have to be mentally strong. I have been replying to those who ask me what I will do if the movies fails to strike the right chord that I will look for a job that is suitable for my qualification. When I came to the cinema, I gave interviews without any hesitation and became a critic on the social website. People also said that I was very arrogant just because I expressed my views. I was reluctant to act in Malayalam because people were judgemental based on my interviews. Then I went on to act in Tamil and Telugu films. Everyone says that my eyes and smile are the beautiful features of mine. My hair is thick. I rub coconut oil daily. I don’t envy any actresses. I would call and appreciate if I like the performance of fellow actresses. I have worked as an assistant director for 3 films. I will be a director in the future.”
