Nithya Menon receiving rave reviews to have locked lip with fellow actress in “ Breathe 2”

Amazon Prime’s ‘Breathe’ a gritty suspense thriller is back with its second season! ‘Breathe: Into the Shadows’ marks the digital debut of both its lead characters. Nithya Menon has been enjoying a rollicking career in the Southern film industries and was last seen in her Bollywood debut “Mission Mangal”. The diva steps into the OTT space, following the footsteps of many in the film industry. It also marks the digital debut Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan.

Earlier during an interview, Nithya had said, “ I have been offered a lot more on OTT platforms, some of them are very successful shows.
But it has been important to me that my character is not somebody who is just a buffer. It’s important that the script offers something for the performer in me. That’s why when I heard this script, I thought that it’s really unique and not something that comes by every day. It was a no-brainer, and too meaty a role to pass up.”

Nithya Menon is clearly an Indian actor who has surprised the audiences with her performances in several languages. In the web series Nithya Menon has played a lesbian and while any other actress might have refused to go so bold on camera,Nithya Menon aesthetically shot kissing and lovemaking scene as it adds to the story’s depth. While actual kissing between co-stars has replaced flowers in the kissing scenes, the two actresses have pushed the envelope even further and projected homosexuality on the silver screen.The duo were extremely professional and did not shy away while portraying lesbian love.
