“Why did I become a lesbian” – Actress Regina Cassandra’s rational response

Recently she accepted a Telugu Tamil bilingual movie with a debut hero and also received huge remuneration.

The stunning diva made her debut in Sonam Kapoor’s Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. It also happens to be the first mainstream Bollywood to portrayed the idea of homosexuality in a very delicate and intelligent way. The actress grabbed eyeballs for her scintillating avatar and this is one of the films that truly widened the horizon and helped in changing the attitudes of people towards this issue.

While many have been questioning the actress about her role, the stunner said, “Many people have asked me if I want to play that role. But I think that’s something that needs to be talked about. After the film, a lot of so-called (LGBTQ) female homosexuals, bisexuals, homosexuals and transgender people called me and said that the character had an impact on their lives.I had no qualms about filming tender scenes with a woman.”
