The struggles continues for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) as they have lost to the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the match 14 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). In IPL 2020, after starting off well, MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings have lost three consecutive games and are now at the bottom of the table. What was once considered an asset is now proving to be a curse in the tough conditions of the UAE. Chennai Super Kings lost their third match in a row in the 13th season of the Indian Premier League. Up against Sunrisers Hyderabad, CSK were asked to chase 165 at the Dubai International Stadium. But they could not achieve the feat as they managed to score only 157 runs in their quota of 20 overs. CSK are placed last on the points table after suffering 2 successive losses 3 games this season. One of the most popular teams in the league, CSK were being trolled on social media after the match while the ardent fans of the captain supported his efforts despite his health.
Even though CSK started well with a win over Mumbai Indians, their campaign has tethered off in the last few matches.After stumbling to a seven-run loss against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Dhoni admitted that the side were repeating the same mistakes and dropped chances are hampering their chances. Actress Varalkshmi Sarathkumar who is an ardent fan of Dhoni and Chennai super kings took to twitter and wrote that the fans will always love and support the team.
