Actor Santhanam pays tribute to his beloved friend Dr.Sethuraman

On March 26, the entire Kollywood was left in a state of shock with the demise of Tamil actor and dermatologist Dr Sethuraman passed away in Chennai after suffering a cardiac arrest. The entire industry was mourning over the sudden death of the actor. Also known as Sethu in the Tamil film industry, Dr Sethuraman made his debut in Sethuraman made his debut in Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya alongside Santhanam and Vishaka Singh. He also featured in films like Vaaliba Raja, 50/50 and Sakka Podu Podu Raja.  He is survived by his wife and child.

Although he was focusing on career, he was still practicing medicine. He had been making arrangements to start a clinic on East Coast Road. He also posted a video of the clinic’s puja on Instagram. The opening ceremony of the clinic was held on Thursday, 29.10.20, which was graced by actor Santhanam. Sethuraman was a close friend of actor Santhanam who paved for his entry into films. After launching the clinic in his friend’s name at ECR on his birthday. He took to Twitter to express his happiness over the same. He tweeted, “Very happy to launch my Dearest Friend Dr.Sethuraman s ZI CLINIC in ECR on his birth anniversary.” He also posted a photo along with the tweet in which he was seen smiling and putting arms around a cut-out of Sethu dressed up in a professional doctor’s attire.
