Cinema to small screen : ‘Kurangu Bommai’ lead actor to debut in romantic soap opera

Kollywood stars have always been known for their stardom on on the big screen. And usually any aspiring actor will want to make it big on the big screen. However, a recent trend in Kollywood is the adoption by many A-list stars of moving to the small screen too, by appearing in very successful and popular television shows. Fans are used to seeing Delna Davis megawatt smile on the big screen, but now they can catch her on television. The “Kurangu Bommai” actress jumped over to the small screen with “Anbe va.” The aspiring actress played the lead in “Kurangu Bommai” opposite Vidharth and Bhaarthraja. Delna, who hasn’t starred in any films later will be making her debut in small screen. The mega series ‘Anbe Vaa’ will be aired on Sun TV from November 2 at 9 pm.
In a family setting, with a focus on beautiful romance, “The story of love is set. Varun and Bhumika come from completely different backgrounds. The heroine Bhumika is q responsible and confident individual. Traditional woman who grew up in a rural environment. While Varun is a wealthy young man who grew up in a filthy rich family. Circumstances makes the two end up live in the same environment. The summary of the love story is whether the two will find true love and affection within themselves and end up entering wedlock.
Virat as the protagonist and ‘Korangu Bommai’ heroine Delna Davis makes her debut as the leading lady, from the big screen, to the iconic new mega-series titled Anbevaa. The mega series includes and ensemble cast including Vinayaprasad, Anand, Kanya, Reshma, Keshalya Senthamarai, Birlabose, Durai. Produced by Vice President B.R Vijayalakshmi on behalf of Sarikama India Ltd. The soap opera is directed by R. Prince Emanuel. Rajasree N.Roy has written the screenplay for this series. Rathipala has written the dialogues.
