Munishkanth to play the lead in family drama ‘Middle Class’
In today’s hectic life we are all running hastily. Even with the advent of speed and vibrancy in films, there’s no better way to take a break from your own family tension than spending an hour watching This Is Us and crying over someone else’s drama. Family drama is perhaps the most admired genre in India. An entire generation has grown up watching K.S.Ravikumar and V.Shekhar films. In fact, we still watch movies like these whenever we get a chance. That’s the beauty of such stories. The audience immediately connects with films revolving around familial ties. There are many remarkable family-based movies made in regional languages. After so many years a lively family drama is ready to entertain us with its plot.
The film will be bankrolled by KJR Studios Rajesh, who has always been instrumental in innovative and promising stories from ‘Aram’ to the latest ‘Ka / Pae Ranasingam’. Das Ramasamy, who made his directorial debut with ‘Dora’, is also co-producing with Kelashthu Entertainment. Kishore M. Ramalingam will write the narration and helm this lively and realistic story. He not only worked as an assistant director in ‘Kalavani’ but also as an associate director in ‘Ithu Vedalam Sollum Katha’ and ‘Bhumika’.
The film, titled ‘Middle class’, will start shooting post Diwali. In this, Munishkanth and Kalapovathu Yaaru fame Ramar were initially signed on to play the lead roles.The casting couch is working on full swing to zero down the rest of the supporting cast. The film crew says that the list of amazing actors to star in the family drama will be released soon.
For good narration on screen, strong technical crew is essential to guarantee success. Successful cinematographer RV will crank the camera and Santosh Dayanidhi will be the composer, Anand Geraldine will be the editor and AR Mohan will take care of the art director. Post productions for the film is currently in full swing.
