Arjun’s nephew actor Dhruva Sarja and wife test Covid-19 positive

Dhruva Sarja, nephew of ‘Action King’ Arjun and his wife Prerana Sarja have tested positive for COVID-19 sending shockwaves in the industry. Dhruva is the younger brother of actor Chiranjeevi Sarja who passed away last month after suffering a massive heart attack.

The actor has requested people, who came in contact with them, to get tested immediately. He also posted on his social media handle, “My wife and I have both been tested positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms and hence chosen to get ourselves hospitalized. I’m sure we’ll be back all fine! All those who were in close proximity with us please get yourselves tested and remain safe.”

It is learnt that during Chiranjeevi’s funeral last month, few among those attended were tested positive. Since social distancing guidelines were not followed then, it could have led to Dhruvas’ testing positive now.

Since Dhruva and his wife have only mild symptoms, and their family is quarantined, no one needs to panic, says a close source. Earlier, actress turned politician Sumalatha Ambereesh too tested positive for the deadly virus.
