Arun Vijay back with a bang with his cop film 'Sinam'!
Arun Vijay is one of the most successful heroes in the Tamil film industry since 1995. His last film ‘Mafia’ directed by Karthik Naren, was well-received and critically acclaimed among the audiences.
‘Sinam’ is his 30th film, in which he is playing as a cop. This will be the second time the actor is playing a cop role after his own production ‘Kuttram 23’. On September 1, 2015, Arun Vijay launched his own production company, In Cinemas Entertainment (ICE). Through this production company, he is giving opportunities to many young talents.
Following a long hiatus due to the pandemic crisis, the shooting and post-production work of all the projects came to an abrupt standstill. With the Government implementing Lockdown relaxations, few films have resumed its post-production phase and Arun Vijay’s ‘Sinam’ is one among them. The team kick-started the dubbing works today morning with actor Arun Vijay taking part in it. The crew has taken the precautionary measures involving proper social distancing and hygiene factors.
Written and directed by National Award-winning filmmaker GNR Kumaravelan, the film is produced by Movie Slides Pvt Ltd. Featuring Arun Vijay as a cop, Palak Lalwani plays the female lead role and Kaali Venkat appears in a pivotal role. Shabir is composing music and Gopinath is handling cinematography with Michael as art director and Raja Mohammad as editor. Madhan Karky and Priyan Eknath are penning lyrics with Pawan handling designs and Silva choreographing stunts.
